<p><b>Key Responsibilities include:</b></p>

<p><b>Qualifications &amp; Experience required:</b></p>

	<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Engineering, Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent industry experience</li>
	<li>Experience working within a manufacturing quality environment</li>
	<li>Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and corrective action processes</li>

<p>We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to join a leading manufacturing company in the Garland, TX area. This position will play a key role in supporting Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), PPAP activities, quality systems development, and continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.</p>

<p>The successful candidate will work closely with production, engineering, suppliers, and customers to ensure products meet all quality requirements while supporting new product launches, tooling transfers, process validation, and corrective action activities.</p>

<p>You will be working for a well-established manufacturing and supply chain business supporting high-volume production operations across North America. Our client is recruiting for a Purchasing Manager to join their team in return for a salary in the region of $77,000 &ndash; $115,000.</p>

<p>The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for overseeing procurement operations, managing purchasing staff, driving supplier performance, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of raw materials and packaging supplies to support manufacturing operations.</p>

<p><b>Duties and responsibilities of a Purchasing Manager:</b></p>

	<li>Ensure compliance with procurement policies, quality standards, and company procedures.</li>
	<li>Lead continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Manufacturing and JIT principles.</li>

<p><b>Required Skills and Qualifications:</b></p>

<ul>
	<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.</li>
	<li>7+ years of experience within procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management in manufacturing environments.</li>
	<li><b>Experience managing a team of Buyers</b></li>
	<li>5+ years of leadership or management experience overseeing purchasing teams.</li>
	<li><b>Experience purchasing raw manufacturing materials, packaging materials, plastics, films, corrugate, or bulk chemical materials.</b></li>
	<li>Strong ERP/MRP systems experience is required.</li>
	<li>Experience managing high dollar amount purchasing spend and supplier negotiations.</li>
	<li>Strong understanding of inventory management, Lean Manufacturing, and Just-In-Time (JIT) processes.</li>
	<li>Excellent negotiation, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.</li>
	<li>Ability to work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities.</li>

<p>We are working with an established&nbsp;<b>Packaging</b>&nbsp;<b>Manufacturing</b>&nbsp;company based in&nbsp;<b>Batavia, Illinois.&nbsp;</b>They are recruiting for a&nbsp;<b>Journeyman Electrician&nbsp;</b>to join their team on&nbsp;<b>Days Monday-Friday&nbsp;</b>in return for a salary in the region of between&nbsp;<b>$40-$50/hour DOE&nbsp;</b>along with excellent employment benefits which include 401K, Healthcare, Vision and Dental, PTO and Life Insurance.</p>

<p><b>Duties and Responsibilities as a Journeyman Electrician include:</b></p>

<ul>
	<li>Handle all Electrical responsibilities of new equipment installs, repairs/troubleshooting production equipment, and handle all Electrical issues through out manufacturing plant</li>
	<li>Running and bending conduit (EMT and Rigid, up to 1&rdquo;)</li>
	<li>Experience with safety PPE, arc flash, lockout / tagout.</li>
	<li>Working with 480VAC Bus plugs and Busway systems.</li>
	<li>Familiarity with Ethernet and DeviceNet protocol for machine device communication (PLC to drives, HMI, Remote I/O&hellip;)</li>
	<li>Using an analog or digital megohmmeter for testing motor insulation</li>
	<li>Installing VFD&rsquo;s and setting parameters referencing an existing system</li>
	<li>installing 24VDC sensors, such as proximity, photo-electric, limit switches, and other instruments, including pressure/vacuum transducers.</li>
	<li>Install/troubleshoot 3 phase motors on equipment, inverter and servo drives. AC and DC control circuit trouble shooting ability.</li>
	<li>Troubleshoot and repair electrical problems, but also willing to work with mechanical personnel to solve problems together</li>
</ul>

<p><b>Qualifications:</b></p>

<ul>
	<li>5+ years experience as an Industrial/Journeyman Electrician in a manufacturing setting</li>
	<li>Experience with running conduit, electrical wiring, control panel wiring, bug plugs, busway systems, etc</li>
	<li>Experience with high voltage/low voltage systems up to 480VAC</li>
	<li>PLC knowledge is a plus</li>
	<li>Experience using electrical tools such as multimeter, wire strippers, pliers, etc.</li>
