Process Technician

- $20 - $24 per hour
You will be working at a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Northeast Texas. We are recruiting for Process Technician to join their team on 2nd Shift (3pm – 11:30pm) in return for a salary in the region of $20 - $24 per hour.

The Process Technician is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex technical systems and equipment to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes.
Duties and responsibilities of a Process Technician:
- Operate and monitor production machinery, equipment, and technical systems.
- Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on electronic, mechanical equipment.
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability.
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize system performance.
- Document maintenance activities, system issues, and resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Train junior operators and provide technical guidance as needed.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a technical or machine operation role in manufacturing
- Strong understanding of electromechanical systems, PLCs, and automated control systems
- Experience with Robotics/Assembly or similar equipment would be an advantage
- Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software
- Ability to solder and assemble electronic components
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to walk/stand for an extended period.
- Must be able to lift, push, and move items weighing 50 pounds.
