Quality Manager
- Location: Garland, TX
- Hours: Mon-Fri core business hours

- Pay: $95,000-120,000 DOE
We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead all quality systems and compliance activities within a manufacturing facility in the Garland Texas area. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for planning, coordinating, implementing, and continuously improving all quality-related processes across the site.
The successful candidate will act as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across production, engineering, and support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze production data and product specifications to define and maintain quality standards.
- Establish and communicate system and product quality performance expectations across departments.
- Lead cross-functional quality initiatives using standardized work instructions and procedures.
- Plan and execute projects assessing the accuracy and capability of production, testing, and measurement equipment.
- Represent quality and administrative functions in internal and external customer performance reviews.
- Manage and develop teams supporting quality systems, product compliance, and training activities.
- Oversee internal audits and quality system compliance, serving as site representative for third-party audits and corrective/preventive actions.
Qualifications and Experience required:
- Automotive manufacturing experience is required
- Associate’s degree or higher, or equivalent experience within quality systems management - preferred, not required
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a Quality Manager, Quality Engineer, or Quality Systems role within manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, audits, and corrective/preventive action processes
- Ability to read, interpret, and develop technical and quality documentation
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present information across all levels of the organization
- Proficient in statistical methods, basic mathematics, and quality analysis tools
