Production Supervisor

- Hourly pay: $25 - $30 per hour+ Benefits
The Production Supervisor will oversee daily operations on shift, ensuring production targets, food safety standards, and quality metrics are consistently achieved while developing and leading a team of operators and line leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead production teams within a processing and packaging environment
- Ensure daily production schedules are met safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards
- Drive compliance with GMP, HACCP, FDA, and food safety regulations
- Monitor KPIs including OEE, downtime, waste, and labor efficiency
- Lead shift start-up meetings and communicate performance expectations
- Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, waste reduction, process optimization)
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations
- Manage staffing levels, training, performance reviews, and disciplinary processes
- Ensure accurate production reporting and documentation
Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in a supervisory role within food or beverage manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
- Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
