Job Title: Plant Manager
Location: Sanford, FL
Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 + $20,000 Bonus, relocation assistance available

Our client, a leading industrial printing manufacturing company are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead manufacturing operations at their facility based near Sanford, Florida.
This is a unique leadership opportunity where the successful candidate will work alongside a highly experienced Manufacturing Director during a 30–60 day transition period before taking full ownership of the plant.

200+ employees with 13 direct reports across production, scheduling, warehouse, and pre-press teams
Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a large multi-department manufacturing team

Drive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives

Improve accountability, operational discipline, and production performance

Oversee scheduling, production, warehousing, and shipping operations

Collaborate with engineering, technical, and leadership teams to support growth
Background and Experience
-
10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations
-
Background as a Plant Manager, Operations Manager, or Production Manager
-
Strong data-driven decision making and process improvement mindset
-
Lean manufacturing experience with proven results
-
Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills

Engineering degree preferred
