We are currently recruiting for an Operations Analyst to join a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Director of Finance, this role will act as a key link between operations, finance, and systems, ensuring smooth workflows, accurate data management, and effective use of NetSuite across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and improve operational workflows to ensure accurate and efficient data flow into NetSuite
- Act as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for NetSuite across the business
- Identify inefficiencies and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance
- Onboard new items into NetSuite, ensuring BOMs, routes, and material data are accurate and complete
- Support production operations by ensuring correct work order selection, material staging, and returns
- Coordinate cross-functional projects to support operational and organizational goals
- Generate routine and ad-hoc reports for internal teams and customers
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Build dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making
- Partner with finance to track and report on key operational KPIs
- Deliver training to internal teams to improve system utilization and adoption
- Provide recommendations for process and system improvements to drive efficiency and cost reduction
- Ensure compliance with Food Safety, HACCP, GMP, and company SOPs
Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years of experience within food manufacturing or a related industry
- Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
- Background in operations, analytics, account management, or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
