Maintenance Technician x2

- Shift: 2nd OR 3rd shift available
- Industry: Plastic Manufacturing - Injection Molding experince required
- Pay: $28-33 an hour DOE + Overtime
The Maintenance Technician ensures all equipment runs at peak performance, focusing on injection molding machinery through preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime and support production goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues on injection molding machines, auxiliary systems, and automation equipment.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance using CMMS systems to ensure minimal downtime.
- Support mold changes, machine setups, and process optimization in collaboration with production teams.
- Troubleshoot injection molding machines, robotics, conveyors, chillers, dryers, and thermolators.
- Assist with facility maintenance, capital improvement projects, and equipment installations.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, part usage records, and safety documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and 5S initiatives within the maintenance department.
