We are working with an established Food processing company based in Baltimore. MD. They are recruiting for multiple Maintenance Technicians to join their team on 2nd or 3rd shift in return for a salary in the region of $28-$38/hour along with excellent employment benefits which include 401K, Healthcare, Vision and Dental, PTO and Life Insurance.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Repairing production or processing equipment.
- Troubleshoots and analyzes complex problems and implements proper repairs
- Collaborate with other maintenance technicians and engineering staff to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Dismantle defective machines and equipment and install new or repaired parts.
- Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery and equipment.
- Maintain operations of systems such as pneumatic, hydraulic, ammonia, etc.
- Repair, replace, and maintain the physical structure of equipment.
- Preventative maintenance of equipment.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
Qualifications & Experience required:
- 2+ Years working as a Maintenance specialist in the manufacturing industry
- Hands on experience with mechanical maintenance
