We are working with an established Precision Engineering company based near Allentown, PA who are recruiting for a hands on Maintenance Supervisor to join their team on 1st Shift Monday-Friday in return for a pay range in the region of $70-85,000, along with excellent employment benefits which include 401K, Healthcare, Vision and Dental, 10 vacation days and Life Insurance.
Key Responsibilities of a Maintenance Supervisor include:
- Manage day to day functions of the Maintenance department
- Schedule and assign work to Maintenance Technicians
- Scheduling preventive maintenance program
- Troubleshoot machinery to determine root cause of failure
- Repairing hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical equipment
- Troubleshooting PLC and Fanuc controls
- Working with 110, 220, 480v single-phased and three-phased
- Follow electro-mechanical schematics and diagrams
- Maintain and assist in spare parts inventory practices
- Maintain, install, repair, troubleshoot, and replace mechanical and electrical equipment, machinery, and components
- Complete installations and troubleshooting on production machinery
- Ensure work follows all established safety protocols
- Document and keep detailed record of work orders and inspection findings
Qualifications & Experience required:
- 5 years+ of CNC Machine maintenance experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical and Electrical Knowledge
- Programmable Logic Controls (PLC Troubleshooting)
