Maintenance Reliability Engineer

We are working with a rapidly growing manufacturer who are looking to add an experienced Maintenance Reliability Engineer to their team in Forney, Texas.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct engineering support for manufacturing equipment and production processes
- Support Maintenance Technicians with complex equipment and process troubleshooting
- Drive root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions to improve reliability
- Maintain engineering documentation including drawings, process sheets, BOMs, and work instructions
- Support preventative maintenance development and equipment inspection standards
- Assist with new line startups, equipment commissioning, and process validation activities
- Investigate equipment and process failures including sensors, fixtures, alignment, cycle issues, and EOL testing failures
- Work closely with Controls & Automation Engineers on PLC, drive, and machine-related issues
- Support continuous improvement projects focused on throughput, downtime reduction, defect reduction, and cycle time improvements
- Participate in safety reviews, LOTO validation, and process hazard assessments
- Recommend equipment, tooling, and fixture improvements to improve operational performance
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience within a production environment
- Strong experience supporting automated manufacturing equipment and production lines
- Experience working with Siemens-integrated equipment, robotics, and vision systems
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis experience
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics
