Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the maintenance team across mechanical and electrical disciplines
- Oversee preventative and predictive maintenance programs to maximize uptime
- Reduce downtime through structured root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and contractor relationships
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, GMP, and food manufacturing standards
- Drive improvements in reliability, OEE, and asset performance
- Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and installation activities
- Implement and manage CMMS systems and maintenance KPIs
- Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or Maintenance Supervisor within food manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Demonstrated success implementing preventative maintenance and reliability programs
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- CMMS experience required
