Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, goal-oriented Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance operations in an industrial manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong hands-on mechanical background combined with leadership experience overseeing maintenance teams, preventive maintenance programs, and equipment reliability initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance mechanics and technicians
- Plan, schedule, and prioritize daily and preventive maintenance activities
- Ensure timely troubleshooting and repair of all industrial process equipment
- Maintain accurate maintenance and repair documentation
- Manage inventory of critical spare parts and maintenance supplies
- Oversee installation and alignment of pumps, motors, and drive systems
- Support and enforce all safety programs and compliance standards
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime
- Develop and track KPIs to improve equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency
- Participate in capital projects, upgrades, and equipment improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing plant
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Proficient in troubleshooting 480V 3-phase power and 120V control circuits
- Ability to weld, fabricate, and use industrial hand and power tools
- Solid understanding of preventive maintenance programs and CMMS software
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Steady attendance and strong commitment to safety and quality
