Duties and Responsibilities as an Industrial Electrician include:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems for manufacturing equipment
- Install and upgrade electrical components, panels, and wiring
- Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and electrical codes
- Maintain accurate documentation of electrical work and equipment updates
- Perform light mechanical work as needed
Experience Required:
- Proven experience as an industrial electrician
- Background in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuitry, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with PLC programming and industrial automation
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics
